Built Around Your Workshop

We understand how repair businesses operate.

Downtime costs money.

Waiting for paperwork delays handovers.

Poor communication frustrates customers.

That is why Horizon’s trade support is built around speed, accuracy and clear communication. For an ADAS-specific bodyshop workflow, see Bodyshop Support.

Why Us

Why repairers stay with Horizon.

  • Direct Technician Contact

You speak directly with the technician carrying out the work — not a national call centre or a booking coordinator.

  • Manufacturer Procedures

Calibration work is carried out using the applicable vehicle manufacturer procedure for the job.

  • Documentation Included

When calibration is carried out, the relevant report is retained and can be supplied. Scan evidence is available when diagnostic scanning forms part of the instructed work.

  • Honest Advice

If something does not require calibration, we will tell you. If something else needs attention, we will explain why.

What We Handle

Typical trade support.

  • Windscreen Replacement

OE-specification glass supplied and fitted using manufacturer-correct adhesive and installation procedures.

  • ADAS Calibration

Static and dynamic calibration of forward cameras, radar units and other ADAS sensors to manufacturer specification.

  • Camera Replacement

Supply and fitting of windscreen-mounted or bumper-mounted camera units, with calibration where required by the applicable vehicle procedure.

  • Radar Replacement

Front and rear radar unit replacement with alignment and calibration confirmation using diagnostic equipment.

  • Suspension Geometry Repairs

ADAS calibration following suspension geometry adjustments where sensor alignment is disturbed by the repair.

  • Collision Damage

Post-collision ADAS assessment, with diagnostic scanning and calibration where required by the repair context and applicable procedure.

  • Diagnostics

Diagnostic scanning where instructed to assess relevant fault information and record the findings; a scan alone does not verify complete vehicle function.

  • Multiple Sensor Calibration

Planned multi-system calibration for vehicles requiring several ADAS procedures in a single visit.

The Standard

Every calibration is documented.

Trade customers need more than completed work. They need evidence, clarity and a record of Horizon's agreed specialist stage and its relevant outcome.

  • Pre-work inspection where appropriate
  • Applicable manufacturer procedure
  • Static or dynamic calibration as specified
  • Diagnostic scanning where instructed
  • Relevant calibration report retained
  • Post-work inspection and relevant job records
  • Honest technical advice

No shortcuts.

No assumptions.

No generic procedures.

Our Equipment

Specialist equipment for modern vehicle systems.

  • TEXA RCCS equipment positioned for static ADAS calibration in the Horizon workshop.

    TEXA RCCS

Specialist ADAS calibration equipment used for precise static camera calibration. Target positioning is defined by vehicle data, removing the risk of incorrect manual placement.

  • TEXA RCCS calibration equipment in the Horizon workshop.

    Professional Diagnostics

System verification before and after calibration to confirm faults, resets and successful completion. Diagnostics are included as part of the process — not an optional add-on.

  • Vehicle positioned on an ADAS calibration measurement setup in the Horizon workshop.

    Calibration Targets

Vehicle-specific targets positioned to manufacturer specifications. Horizon holds a range of target sets covering our current vehicle scope.

How It Works

A simple trade process.

  1. Contact Horizon

Call or email our team to discuss your trade requirements, vehicle types and calibration needs.

  2. Vehicle Booked

We confirm availability and schedule the vehicle at a time that works for your workshop.

  3. Vehicle Assessed

The vehicle and repair context are assessed to confirm requirements and plan the correct procedure; diagnostic scanning is carried out where instructed.

  4. Calibration Completed

Work carried out to manufacturer specification using appropriate static targets, dynamic procedures or both.

  5. Reports Issued

The relevant calibration report is retained where calibration is carried out; relevant scan evidence is retained where scanning is instructed. These records can be supplied as part of the job documentation.

  6. Vehicle Returned

Vehicle returned with the agreed work completed and relevant Horizon documentation available for handover.

Inside Horizon

Technical Note

Sharing what we learn.

Every week we work on new vehicle platforms, solve unusual calibration problems and refine the way we work.

Rather than keeping that knowledge inside the workshop, we publish practical guidance through Horizon Digital and LinkedIn — because better-informed repairers make better repair decisions.

If you are unsure about a calibration requirement, a procedure or what a diagnostic code means for a specific vehicle, contact us directly. We would rather spend five minutes helping you make the right decision than have a vehicle returned with the wrong one.

Looking for a long-term technical partner?

Whether you're an independent repairer or a national fleet, Horizon provides dependable vehicle glass replacement, specialist ADAS calibration and documentation you can trust.
