Do it once. Do it correctly.
Rushing a repair creates a second job. Every task is completed to the correct standard first time, reducing the risk of callbacks, comebacks or vehicle safety issues down the line.
About Horizon
Modern vehicles are more complex than ever before.
Windscreens are no longer simply pieces of glass, and ADAS systems are no longer optional technology — they are critical safety systems. Horizon was built around one simple belief: every repair should be completed exactly as the manufacturer intended. Whether replacing a windscreen, calibrating a safety camera or supporting a repair workshop, we believe the correct process always matters more than the quickest one.

Our Purpose
As vehicle technology has evolved, the gap between simply replacing parts and correctly restoring a vehicle has grown significantly.
Modern repair work demands specialist knowledge, manufacturer procedures, professional equipment and complete documentation.
Horizon exists to bridge that gap.
We combine traditional workmanship with modern diagnostic technology to return vehicles to the standard they were engineered to operate at.
This is not simply about replacing glass.
It is about restoring vehicle safety.
Our Principles
Rushing a repair creates a second job. Every task is completed to the correct standard first time, reducing the risk of callbacks, comebacks or vehicle safety issues down the line.
Vehicle manufacturers specify calibration procedures for a reason. Horizon follows those procedures for every vehicle — not a generic approximation that may leave a safety system operating outside its designed parameters.
Where diagnostic scanning forms part of the instructed work, its findings help assess relevant systems. A scan alone does not confirm complete vehicle function; the applicable procedure and the work undertaken determine what checks are needed.
Horizon uses documented pre- and post-work inspections with photographic and technician records where appropriate. When calibration or diagnostic scanning forms part of the instructed work, the relevant report or scan evidence is retained and can be supplied with the job documentation.
Horizon is not built around volume. It is built around doing fewer jobs correctly rather than many jobs quickly. The vehicles we work on carry people. That responsibility shapes every decision.
If a vehicle does not require calibration, we will say so. If something else needs attention, we will explain what and why. Clear, direct communication is part of the service.
Our Equipment
Modern vehicles cannot be calibrated with general-purpose equipment. Manufacturer-specific platforms, precise target positioning and up-to-date software are not advantages — they are requirements.
Horizon uses specialist TEXA RCCS equipment for ADAS calibration. Vehicle data determines the exact position of calibration targets, helping each static calibration follow the specified procedure for the vehicle rather than approximation.
Professional diagnostic software completes the picture — scanning systems before work begins and verifying that calibration has succeeded before the vehicle is returned.
Investing in professional equipment is not a commercial decision. It is an investment in the safety of every vehicle that passes through the workshop.

What Makes Us Different
When you contact Horizon, you speak with the technician who will carry out the work — not an intermediary, coordinator or call centre. Questions get direct answers. Advice is accurate because it comes from the person doing the job.
Vehicle-glass installation workmanship is covered by a lifetime workmanship guarantee for as long as the current vehicle owner owns the vehicle. This does not guarantee the glass itself or that an ADAS calibration remains valid for the vehicle's lifetime.
Horizon director Luke Young holds current IMI accreditation as an Auto Glazing Bodyshop Technician and an ADAS Calibration Technician.
When Horizon carries out an ADAS calibration, the relevant calibration report is retained and can be supplied as part of the job documentation. When diagnostic scanning is instructed, the relevant scan evidence is likewise retained and available.
Looking Forward
Vehicle technology changes constantly.
Manufacturers introduce new systems every year, requiring new procedures, equipment and knowledge. Continuous investment in training, equipment and technical understanding allows Horizon to support customers today while preparing for tomorrow’s vehicles.
This commitment extends beyond the workshop through Horizon’s growing Knowledge Centre and technical resources — where practical experience is shared to help improve standards across the industry.
Because better-informed repairers and better-informed customers both lead to better vehicle safety outcomes.
Whether you need a single windscreen replacement, specialist ADAS calibration or ongoing trade support, Horizon is committed to doing the job correctly from start to finish.
